Walkathons are conducted to enlighten people about various social issues in the society. It’s the social responsibility of every individual to understand and share their views on what is right and what is not. We conduct walkathons on various social causes to bring about this awareness on a variety of social issues.

Women’s Day Walkathon
Women empowerment through employment in all fields is important for the development of a country. Though we have seen women educating themselves, fighting for their equality and against cruelty, this is a small percentage and they remain an underprivileged group. Around 53% of women remain illiterate and suppressed. We conducted a walkathon on women’s day to impart our support for women empowerment, to emphasize the importance of women’s education and restore the pride of womanhood. Nearly one hundred volunteers participated in the walkathon.
Jallikattu Walkathon
The Jallikattu Walkathon is one of the most noted walkathons initiated by our team. Jallikattu is a traditional sport of Tamil nadu which is almost 4000 years old. Even as numerous local sports are declining in popularity, controversies created by various organizations led to the ban on Jallikattu. We wished to emphasize the importance of this magnificent sport. We conducted a walkathon on January 8th and nearly 27,000 people participated in the walkathon.

John Lennon imagined a utopian world through his beautiful and heart rending songs. And today we repeat his lines. Yes we are dreamers. With the strength of thousands and thousands of like-minded dreamers, we are passionately determined to inch closer to creating a Utopian world one day in the future.
Life is beautiful, but it is not always fair. We, who are privileged and able, can mend that. Several social welfare organizations and individuals are already working hard to make a difference, and now we too have joined the force. Joined it with fervor and dedication!
Say No to Rape
Nearly 92 women are being raped in India every day. The terrible plight of Nirbhaya, Jisha and many other high profile victims has been brought to public scrutiny by the media. The injustice happening to the women is one the pressing issues that has to be tackled. We conducted a walkathon 'Say No to Rape' to create awareness on such happenings. Nearly 400 People participated in the Walkathon. One way to make our country safe for women would be to remember those who were brutally raped and murdered.
Transgender Remembrance Walkathon
The discrimination and the disrespect that the Transgender community faces in our country are deplorable. Society finds it difficult to accept transgender persons for what they are. Transgender persons are a part of the human race, and are essentially not different from us. Even though new research has shown that it is too simplistic to say that there are only two sexes, male and female, people find this hard to accept. Many transgender persons have lost their lives in the fight for their fundamental rights. In order to extend our sympathy for the transgender person who lost their lives and to notify the support to the community we conducted a walkathon on Transgender Remembrance day. Women, men and transgender persons participated in the walkathon. Our team will be working on the progress of the community right up to the time that they are no longer discriminated upon.
